This Photo Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of signature below by and between Brunswick Bowling and Center (collectively referred to as the "Parties").

1. Grant of Rights
The undersigned (“Releasor”) hereby grants Brunswick Bowling and its partners, affiliates, agents, licensees, and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish any images, photographs, or videos (the “Images”) featuring Releasor, Releasor’s employees, or Releasor’s premises, products, or services, in all forms of media, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media, for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.

2. Use of Images
The Releasor agrees that the Images may be used in Brunswick’s and its partners’ marketing materials, such as websites, social media platforms, brochures, and advertisements, without further notification or compensation to the Releasor. The Company may edit, alter, or modify the Images as needed for the purposes specified above.

3. Waiver and Release
The Releasor waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Images or any accompanying text. The Releasor also releases the Company from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Images, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity.

4. Consent of Third Parties
The Releasor warrants that all individuals appearing in the Images have given their consent to be photographed and for their likeness to be used as described in this Agreement. The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of the use of the Images where such consent was not obtained.

5. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding the use of the Images. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
