High importance calls, such as center shutdowns, will receive priority attention to give you the answers and information you need to keep your center running at maximum efficiency. Brunswick Technical Support is your direct line to product experts, engineers, and quality control technicians.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

Bowling & Lane Systems Support Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

After-hours support is available outside the above schedules for emergencies only.

All voicemails will be processed in the order they are received, and we will return calls to customers as quickly as possible. As always, priority response will be given for emergency situations.

The technicians will be using temporary phone numbers while working remotely, so please make sure to answer all calls to prevent missing a call from a technician.
